Truthfully speaking I’m allergic to wheat and rice, and corn Yes I know that’s pretty intense, I tested positive with a prick test, and when I initially found out I did make some pretty decent pancakes with a potato flour and almond flour mix. I love pancakes!!! However, I recently went gluten-free and I’m still trying to find a really good gluten-free pancake recipe. I’ve tried the bisquick gluten-free pancake mix and it was ok, not great. Hopefully, I’ll find a better option.
