Fried Dough Balls with Sweet Raspberry Glaze

These fried dough balls are easy and sweet, but not too sweet, the lemon zest gives you an extra kick in the mouth while the raspberry glaze lends an extra sweetness, just enough to remedy that ‘sweet tooth’. The texture is a mix between a biscuit and a doughnut, almost cake like, with a crunchy outside.  Enjoy this easy recipe, and if you are a fan of the raspberry lemon combo check out my Lemon-Raspberry Muffin recipe here!
