Cheese, bacon, chicken, more cheese and buffalo sauce! You can’t go wrong with that combo and did I say easy?!
A perfect busy week day recipe that will have even the pickiest eater rejoicing!
Let’s get to it!
In a small bowl place chopped chicken.
Pour 1 cup of buffalo sauce over chicken.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour.
Preheat oven to 400°F
Bake marinated chicken in oven for 15 minutes.

Layer your tortilla with chicken, cheddar cheese, bleu cheese, extra buffalo sauce, bacon and chopped red onion.
